Lumi’s service guide

Lumi provides prepared service-guide answers in your browser. Messages typed into this version are not sent to Veralumio, Rasa or an AI provider. The conversation is kept in page memory and clears when you reset it or leave the page.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies and analytics

This release includes no advertising, optional analytics, marketing cookies or browser storage for chat conversations.

Email enquiries

If you choose to email contact@veralumio.com, the information you send is handled in the organisation’s Google Workspace mailbox to respond to your request. Please avoid sensitive personal information. You can contact the same address with privacy questions.
